What we keep

We store the contact details and brief you submit so Degeorgio can handle your enquiry. Submitting a request does not create a client account.

What to include

Please share only what we need to discuss your plans. Do not send passport numbers, payment details or sensitive medical information through the enquiry form.

Drafts in your browser

The enquiry form stores an unfinished draft on this device for up to 30 days so it can be restored after closing the browser or restarting the computer. Consent is not stored. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to open the draft. Clearing browser data or using private browsing can prevent recovery. You can clear the draft in the form; it is also removed after a confirmed submission.

Website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful enquiry submissions on dgg.ge. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded before you accept analytics cookies. You can reject analytics and still use the entire site and enquiry form. Our analytics integration does not send the contents of your enquiry, your contact details or your enquiry reference. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent removes our Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the running tag; your enquiry draft is retained. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted by withdrawing consent. Analytics is disabled on local and preview versions.

Corrections and deletion

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact Degeorgio and include your enquiry reference. Sending an enquiry does not create an account or confirm a booking.

Enquiry records are not currently deleted automatically after a set period. Contact us if you would like yours reviewed.
